Annual report 2021 coverDistrict Documents:

2021 Year in Review
The 2021 Year in Review highlights how the District continued to thrive during the pandemic. Three themes resonated in 2021: stewardship, innovation, and adaptability. Stewardship was exemplified by the District receiving two awards from the Special District Leadership Foundation and a positive 'AA+' Fitch rating. Innovation was key as the District used innovative techniques to maintain and upgrade our system. Adaptability was exhibited as the District successfully navigated the increasingly complex world where the pace of technological change is ever quickening, volatility is increasing, regulatory requirements are becoming more stringent, and health policies and mandates impacted the workforce.
