For any water emergency that endangers public safety, call 911 first.

• For all other water main breaks or sewer spills, call the District at (760) 744-0460.
• After-hours or on holidays, call the District's after-hours emergency number at (760) 744-0461.
• If wastewater is flowing out of your sewer lateral, learn what to do in this type of emergency.
