Public records request submissions can be made through the District's Public Records Request Portal, which helps the District provide access, accountability, and transparency of the District’s public records.  For questions, please contact the District's Senior Executive Assistant by phone at (760) 744-0460, Ext. 264. 

To increase transparency and ease of access to information, the District also offers these online resources:

  • Ordinances and resolutions can be accessed through the District's Laserfiche WebLink, a user-friendly public portal to these specific Vallecitos documents.

  • Board of Directors agendas, meeting minutes, and video archives can be obtained on the District's Board Meetings and Minutes webpage.
