• Name and Billing Address
  Please call us immediately if there are any changes to your name or billing address.
   
• Detachable Portion 
  Include this with your payment by mail or night drop. When paying in the office please bring your entire bill.
   
• Payment Deadline and Amount Due
  Bills must be paid in full no later than the due date. A late charge 10 percent of the balance will be added to delinquent accounts.
   
• Account Number
  Refer to this number when you inquire about your account. Write it on your check if paying by mail.
   
• Ready-To-Serve Charge
  These are the fixed costs shared among all customers, including infrastructure and equipment repairs and maintenance, meter reading, billing, engineering, safety and administration.
   
• Water Usage
  The cost of water use during a month. This includes wholesale cost plus local treatment, storage, distribution and facility replacement costs. • Pump Zone
  Charges to recover power costs to pump water to higher elevations (Note: Most customers are not in a pump zone).
   
• Sewer Service
  Includes the costs to collect, convey, treat and dispose of wastewater.

• Conservation Information 
  Vallecitos compares your current water usage with the previous year.
   
• Special Information
