This includes the implementation of the District’s Master Plan for planned growth and the District’s Urban Water Management Plan for our future water supply, demand, quality, recycling, and reliability.

The department’s goal is to develop, manage and schedule capital improvement projects (CIP) efficiently to guide the District in timely and cost-effective endeavors that contribute to the sustainability of its infrastructure, while meeting or exceeding all of Vallecitos' standards and maintaining the reliability of service to its customers.
