The Development Services Department provides services to existing properties constructing improvements as well as Private Construction Development proposing new projects within the District Boundaries. A new project will need to complete studies and approvals with another agency that involves the Water and Wastewater service provider. On occasion the public may be interested in a proposed project that may be in close proximity of their residence or business. The projects listed below are in the preliminary phases. These projects may or may not be approved or constructed. Additional information on any of these projects can be either provided by the Vallecitos Water District Engineering Division or the corresponding lead agency.
