Annexation or Detachment into the District's water or sewer service area requires submittal of this form and approval by Vallecitos' Board of Directors. 

Fees/Deposits will be required per the current Engineering Fee/Rate Ordinance. If funds are not received within 5 business days of form submission, a new form will need to be submitted.  Submit fees via cash or check to Vallecitos Water District – Engineering Department located at 201 Vallecitos de Oro, San Marcos, CA  92069 in person or by mail.
