Approved Plans
Three (3) bond copies of approved improvement and grading plans (signed by all agencies) shall be submitted to Vallecitos Water District – Construction Inspection.
Pre-Construction Meeting
A request for a Pre-Construction meeting shall be made to Vallecitos Water District – Construction Inspection. Pre-Construction meeting shall be held a minimum of three (3) working days prior to the commencement of construction activities. Meeting should include the project owner or representative, contractor of work and a Vallecitos inspector.

Shop Drawings/Cut Sheets
Three (3) complete sets of shop drawings/cut sheets (vaults, electrical, tanks, specials, etc.) shall be submitted to the District for review. The District will retain two (2) sets. Allow up to two weeks for the District to review.

Insurance
The Contractor shall purchase and maintain insurance as required by the District’s Construction Agreement. The Developer shall provide certificates of insurance and endorsement showing that Developer has liability insurance coverage with an insurance company licensed to do business in the State of California, and acceptable to the District, providing the minimum coverage set forth in the construction agreement.
